How we calculate it
Every morning we check, one by one, the places to stay in the area on the main booking platforms, grouped in four bands by nightly rate, and count how many are still free for each date. If your band is fuller than the area, there’s room to raise; if it’s emptier, the issue is usually price or minimum stay. The suggested rate is a reference, not a rule.
